4:45PM - CHILDREN MINISTRY CENTER OPEN
5:00PM - MAIN EVENT BEGINS
The Main Event will include dinner, a guest speaker, and the live auction!

BUILD A SCHOOL IN BURKINA FASO, IN HONOR OF DR. FAY NIEMANN
AID THE BURKINABE PEOPLE EFFECTED BY ONGOING TERRORISM
HOW TO DONATE TO THE MISSION’S AUCTION:
Each item in the Missions Auction must be photographed, labeled, logged in & described, entered into the slide show (if in the Live auction) have a bid sheet created, signage made for the Silent Auction and arranged into a specific area. We also would like to have a Facebook preview to showcase each item donated in advance to create excitement for the Missions Auction! Last minute donations do not give us time to complete all these steps. Please get all donations in no later than Sunday, October 2, 2022
HOW TO BE A BLESSING WITH YOUR DONATION:
Pray about what to give ( focus on valuable instead of unwanted)
It is not just items, it can be experiences, lessons…etc.Send a picture via text message to (907.337.9495) before bringing
Follow through - bring Item(s) as soon as possible - no later than Sunday, October 2, 2022
If accepted, bring it to the church office
Fill out a donation form & attach it to your item(s)
Ask for a xeroxed copy for your records
Be blessed for giving!
